Hi all!
I just had a wonderful meeting with our building committee. They are all gun-ho about figuring out what to do out our pathetic church building! Yeah!
Does anyone know of any people/websites/books that are helpful in this process??
How do we figure out what the needs of the future church are, not just our present church??

Congrats on a good meeting, we have to embrace and celebrate those when they happen.
Of course, we just went through and are still in the process of selling/building and moving into a new church building. I don't know about books, websites, but feel free to ask us any questions about how our church went through it.
Kevin Gowdy, who is now head of camping with the conference helped us with our capitol campaign to raise the funds to build.
